HR and Operations Manager Permanent, Full-time (Core Hours: 9am to 5pm or 9:30-5:30pm) London (N5) –  3 days a week £40,000

The HR and Operations Manager will report to the Director of Strategy and Operations and be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient running of the charity’s internal operations, which includes HR, office management, compliance, governance, and organisational development.

The role will oversee end-to-end HR function and processes, supplier and IT management, office infrastructure, and budget coordination, while ensuring full compliance with UK employment law, GDPR, health and safety, and governance requirements.
