Job Summary
We are seeking two meticulous and organised HR & Payroll Administrators to support the collation and submission of payroll-critical HR data and maintain the local time and attendance system for our Aerospace & Defence client.
This role is key to ensuring payroll accuracy, timely data processing, and effective communication with employees, managers, and the HR team. You will work closely with the payroll team in North Wales, meeting strict monthly cut-off dates and acting as the primary point of contact for all time and attendance queries.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent administrative skills, and a solid understanding of HR and payroll processes.
Key Responsibilities
System Management: Administer and maintain the company’s time and attendance system (Google Appsheet). Data Accuracy: Accurately and promptly record employee hours, overtime, sickness, holidays, and other leave types. Query Resolution: Serve as first point of contact for all time and attendance queries, resolving issues efficiently. Reporting: Produce weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports for payroll processing, management review, and HR analysis.
