An established engineering business is seeking an experienced HR and Payroll Administrator to provide comprehensive support across HR and payroll functions. This role is ideal for someone with experience looking for a fresh opportunity within a leading firm.

Process a complex weekly payroll accurately and on time Handle payroll queries promptly Monitor and record employee holidays and absences Manage starters and leavers Support recruitment activities, including posting jobs and coordinating interviews Maintain training schedules and employee records Prepare and issue HR documentation, including contracts Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and procedures Provide general administrative support as required Required Skills & Experience:
