Our Client is a growing retail business based in Leeds. The HR team work together closely and tend to work in the city centre office 3 days per week.

What youll do: You will play a key role in helping to deliver a great HR service to all employees across this multi-site business. The role is busy and varied it needs someone that can operate at pace, delivering the BAU whilst also reviewing and improving process, reducing volumes coming into the team by building self-serve tools and supporting managers to answer some of their own people issues.
