As part of the Crimson Hotels Group, you will join the HR team of Holiday Inn Express London Heathrow T5, a 300-room hotel is perfect for business or leisure stays. Our three meeting rooms accommodate up to 120 guests, ideal for corporate events, private dinners, and social gatherings. What your day will look like? As HR Assistant, youll play a key role in supporting the full team member journey. Your responsibilities will include coordinating recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, supporting employment relations, responding to staff queries and importantly supporting staff recognition and engagement. You will be working closely with the Regional HR Manager and General Manager to drive memorable team member experiences in line with our values. What Youll Bring? Youll bring hands-on experience in a generalist HR role, backed by an understanding of UK employment law. familiarity with the hospitality sector is a definite plus, as is confidence working with Microsoft Office and HR systems. Were looking for someone who is approachable, well-organised, and solutions driven. and ideally, youll be HR qualified or actively working towards it.
