HR Assistant (FTC until end of December 2025)

Location: City of London (2 days WFH)

\n\n

Salary: £28k - £30k DOE

\n\n

Our client, a leading hospitality firm, is looking for a proactive and detail-orientated HR Assistant to support their HR Director and HR Manager on a fixed-term contract through to the end of December 2025. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for HR who wants to gain hands-on experience within a high-performing, supportive team.

What You’ll Be Doing:

    \n\t
  • Providing day-to-day admin support across multiple HR projects
  • \n\t
  • Maintaining and updating employee data within the CRM system
  • \n\t
  • Drafting and posting job adverts
  • \n\t
  • Preparing employment documents, including onboarding packs and right-to-work checks
  • \n\t
  • Assisting the wider HR team with ad hoc duties as needed
  • \n
\n\n

About You:

\n\n
    \n\t
  • Previous experience in an HR admin or assistant role is a plus
  • \n\t
  • Confident working independently and collaboratively
  • \n\t
  • Familiarity with HR systems (or a willingness to learn)
  • \n\t
  • A genuine interest in developing a career in HR
  • \n
\n\n

You'll be working closely with senior HR professionals who are invested in supporting your growth – making this an ideal role for someone early in their HR journey and eager to learn!
