Our client is seeking a commercially astute HR Business Partner to join our team on a 12-month maternity cover contract, supporting their flagship division. About the Role You'll be part of a wider HRBP team and partner with a client group of 400 employees, including a number of senior stakeholders reporting to the MD. This is a high-impact role requiring fast relationship-building, deep business understanding, and the ability to influence and shape strategic decisions.
