About the Role
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (Generalist) to join our People team on an interim basis during a period of organisational change and increased operational demand. This is a key role supporting a complex, unionised environment, where you will partner closely with leaders to deliver pragmatic, people-focused solutions. You will play a critical part in embedding within the business, building strong relationships, and driving HR initiatives that support both immediate and long-term goals. The role will partner directly with the Chief Customer Officer, supporting key service areas including Contact Centre, Neighbourhoods, Income and Communities. A core focus of the role is improving the customer journey and outcomes through effective people strategies, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals with transferable experience from customer-centric environments such as sales or retail.
