We're looking for experienced HR Business Partner to join a well-established client with a strong presence across the Edinburgh region and beyond. This is a key role within a dynamic HR team, where you'll influence change, promote best people practices, and help shape a progressive and compliant employment culture.

Role: HR Business Partner Length - 3 month fixed term contract Location: Primarily city centre based; however, occasional travel to other locations may be required depending on business needs. Salary: £40,000 Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on employment policies and procedures. Support People Managers in delivering organisational change and restructuring initiatives. Assist with Occupational Health referrals and manage long-term absence cases.
