We are seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Business Partner on 6-8 month FTC basis, for a fast-scaling US owned Software company. Reporting to the Head of People Operations you will work closely with the Global Operations team and in collaboration with fellow HRBPs, to deliver first-class HR operations across the employee lifecycle. This is a hybrid role with 3 days a week based at their Central London offices. As a HR Business Partner, youll be a trusted advisor across key HR operational areas, including employee relations, payroll, benefits, and compliance. Youll work closely with other Business Partners, Finance and external partners to deliver an exceptional employee experience throughout the lifecycle.
