HR Business Partner – 6 Month Fixed Term Contract Location: West Yorkshire (4 days office based, 1 day WFH) Salary: £40,000–£50,000 DOE
Morson is partnering with an education provider in West Yorkshire to recruit an experienced HR Business Partner to join their HR team on a 6 month fixed term contract.
This role will work closely with managers and colleagues across the organisation, delivering a high-quality, proactive HR service and supporting the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day HR advice on performance management, absence, wellbeing and employee relations

Support and guide managers through people processes including probation reviews, performance conversations and absence management

Act as a visible and approachable HR presence across the organisation

Partner with leaders and teams to promote a positive, inclusive culture that encourages collaboration, accountability and high standards

Contribute to wider people and organisational development projects as required

Requirements Minimum of 1 year's experience operating at HR Business Partner level

CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent practical experience

Experience within an education setting or a similar environment

Ability to start at short notice
