I am currently representing Bromley Council, who are offering an initial temporary contract for a period of 3-6 months with a view to be extended or offered a permanent position for the right candidate at a rate which is negotiable dependent upon experience
We are looking for a HR Business Partner Manager role will be: BR1 1AS – Hybrid 2 days office based 3 days remote working.
The right candidate will:
* Significant experience in a senior HR advisory or business partnering role.
* Demonstrable experience managing complex ER casework.
* Experience of supporting organisational change, restructures and cultural initiatives.
* Experience contributing to or delivering OD, leadership or culture development activity.
