Could you be our next HR Business Partner within our operation team? In this role you will provide a customer focused HR advisory service, working in strategic partnership with senior management. You will identify strategic HR options and solutions for the efficient and effective delivery of the Council and Service objectives. The ideal person for this role will have excellent communication skills, including presentation, coaching and report writing skills. As an experienced HR Business Partner you will be qualified to degree level or equivalent together with Chartered Membership of the CIPD. You ll have experience of dealing with competing demands in a busy HR environment, knowledge of current relevant employment legislation and experience of MS Office packages.
