About the Role:

As HR Business Partner, you'll be the trusted advisor for a defined business area, working closely with senior leaders, managers, and employees. You'll lead on core HR activity including employee relations, performance, workforce planning, and people engagement-while line managing a small HR team and helping to drive forward key projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the main HR contact for your business area, aligning people plans with business objectives.

Provide expert advice across ER, performance management, absence, and employment law.
