About the role
We have an exciting 12-month fixed-term opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to join NFU Mutual, Which? Insurance Brand of the Year 2024. You will collaborate with a team of 200 HR colleagues and the wider business to identify key people priorities aligned with our strategy and business KBIs. Your role will involve leading HR projects and initiatives within an assigned business area, focusing on talent management, engagement, and organizational change. Working closely with the Strategic HR Business Partner, you will provide tailored HR advice, insights, and analysis to drive impactful changes and ensure alignment with group priorities through supporting the delivery of divisional People Plans.
You will also support the development of best practice documentation and processes related to key people activities, ensuring consistency and meaningful outputs across the organization. Collaboration with HR Centres of Excellence and other HR partners will be essential to enhance service delivery and develop the HR proposition, always considering and sharing business insights with a focus on customer experience.
About you
You are a highly effective communicator with exceptional influencing and stakeholder management skills. Discretion and the ability to build trusted relationships are crucial, as you will handle sensitive and confidential conversations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
To be considered, you should have:
- Proven strategic HR Business Partnering experience within a Financial Services organization
- Experience in organizational change and talent development
- Strong knowledge of HR functions such as talent acquisition, reward, performance management, culture, and HR compliance
- Ability to translate HR strategy into actionable, divisional people plans aligned with business priorities
- Extensive change management experience, understanding the impact and managing multiple change streams effectively
- Strong consulting skills, including needs assessment, problem-solving, and project management
A full UK driving license is required, as some UK travel may be involved.
