We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Business Partner to join a reputable organisation in East London on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to work closely with senior leaders and managers, providing expert guidance on a wide range of people-related matters and driving organisational performance. Key Responsibilities Partner with senior leaders and managers to deliver effective HR strategies aligned with organisational goals Provide expert advice on employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management Support workforce planning, recruitment, and talent development initiatives Lead on change management projects, including restructures and organisational development Analyse HR data and metrics to inform decision-making and improve outcomes Ensure compliance with employment legislation, policies, and best practice Coach and support managers in handling people-related issues confidently and effectively Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives Requirements Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar senior HR role Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices Experience managing complex employee relations cases Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities CIPD Level 5 or above (or equivalent) desirable Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities What We Offer Competitive hourly rate (£20-£26 per hour) Full-time, stable working hours Supportive and collaborative working environment Opportunities for professional development and career progression How to Apply To apply, please submit your CV and a brief cover statement outlining your suitability for the role.
