HR Business Partner - Surrey (Hybrid) - £48,000-£53,000 We're looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join a collaborative, people focused environment. This role combines strategic input with hands-on HR delivery supporting leaders across the business to drive performance, build engagement, and strengthen talent practices. You'll also act as a key HR contact for a growing logistics team in the UK. What You'll Do Partner with senior leaders to align HR strategy with business goals Use data and insights to improve engagement, performance, and culture Manage recruitment across a key function, from process to interviews Lead performance review cycles and support bonus/payroll coordination Handle employee relations issues (grievances, disciplinaries, redundancies) Provide HR support for the UK logistics function Step in for the HR Manager when needed and support on wider projects What We're Looking For 5+ years' experience in HR, ideally in a business partnering role Strong knowledge of performance management and employee relations Comfortable working with HR systems (Workday experience is a plus) Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-focused approach CIPD qualification or working towards it preferred Benefits 2...
