HR Business Partner Opportunity
Location: Birmingham (Onsite)
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000

What’s the role?
You’ll partner closely with the local leadership team while collaborating with a wider group HR function to deliver a people strategy that supports growth and transformation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll have the autonomy to shape processes, implement systems, and introduce data-driven decision-making.
Key priorities include:
* Designing and embedding HR processes that enable scalability and efficiency.
* Leading the implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
* Introducing HR metrics and reporting to inform strategic decisions.
* Supporting recruitment and onboarding for key roles.
* Coaching managers and handling complex employee relations matters.
* Driving cultural alignment and supporting change initiatives.
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role within manufacturing or FMCG.
* Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
* Track record of implementing HR systems and building processes from the ground up.
* Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
