People & Culture Business Partner

to work closely with senior leaders and managers. Youll play a key role in

coaching and developing internal talent , supporting leadership capability, and embedding a high-performance culture across the organisation. This role could be 5 or 4 days per week CIPD not essential - demonstrated experience is just as valued Great location just outside Colchester, with easy access to the A12 and A120

What were looking for Experience working in a senior HR / People Partnering capacity. Strong working knowledge of UK employment law. Proven ability to build credibility and influence at all levels. Excellent coaching and stakeholder management skills. Commercially focused, solutions-driven, and proactive.

Desirable:
