They are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join on a 12-month fixed term contract, playing a key role in engagement, organisational development and employee relations. Working in a friendly team, you'll help shape and strengthen a collaborative, inclusive culture where people and performance thrive. What is the role: Building strong, consultative relationships with senior stakeholders across a multi-site business. Managing complex employee relations matters (grievances, disciplinaries, TUPE, settlements) in line with UK employment law. Leading or supporting organisational change and development initiatives. Delivering employee engagement surveys and translate insights into clear action plans. Ensuring up-to-date, compliant HR policies and processes are applied consistently.
