We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on an interim part time basis for a period of 6 months. You will contribute to the delivery of strategic HR services across Southwark Council. This is a fantastic opportunity for a dynamic HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multifaceted environment, working closely with senior leaders, line managers, and staff to drive people strategies that support the Councils vision and objectives. As an HRBP, you will work alongside business leaders to advise, coach, and support them in the development and implementation of effective people management practices, focusing on improving employee engagement, retention, and overall organizational effectiveness Pay - up to £400 umbrella Key Responsibilities: Partner with senior leaders and managers to align people strategy with business objectives, ensuring HR interventions are well integrated into the overall service delivery plan. Provide expert advice on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and performance management. Lead on change management initiatives, ensuring effective communication and a smooth transition for staff during periods of transformation.
