About the Role You'll play a key role in supporting our employees through their busiest season while also contributing to major strategic changes across the organisation. This includes moving our HR shared services in house, restructuring parts of the business, and ensuring all policies, contracts, and documentation are fit for purpose. You will work closely with the Head of HR and manage day-to-day delivery independently, escalate risks appropriately, and help keep the organisation moving forward during a period of significant change.
