HR Business Partner Shrewsbury - Fully Office Based Permanent Monday Friday £37,000 per annum Our client are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Business Partner to join their team in Shrewsbury. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our people strategy and supporting managers across a diverse organisation. Working closely with the Head of HR and the wider leadership team, youll provide hands-on HR support and guidance across employee relations, recruitment, compliance, and organisational development. Youll partner with managers to promote consistent, fair, and legally compliant practices that help our teams deliver their best work. Key Responsibilities Employee Relations & Advisory Lead complex employee relations cases, including disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence matters.
