Working closely with the Head of People, you will play a central role in delivering our People strategy by providing high quality, pragmatic and collaborative generalist HR support across the organisation. Your new role As HR BusinessPartner, you will lead the delivery of key HR solutions, including full-cyclerecruitment, onboarding, performance management, people development, and employeeengagement. You will act as abusiness partner with your assigned functional areas, providing confidentialand effective coaching and advice to line managers, ensuring a deepunderstanding of that functional areas' strategy.
