Cedar are recruiting an experienced HR Change Project Manager to lead a complex workforce transition programme within a multi-stakeholder environment.
This is a high-impact role responsible for delivering large-scale people change initiatives, including TUPE transfers, procurement exercises, and contract mobilisation and demobilisation. You will ensure organisational change is delivered smoothly, lawfully and with minimal disruption to services and employees.
This opportunity would suit a confident HR change specialist who thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage complex stakeholder relationships while maintaining legal compliance and operational continuity.
The Role
You will take full ownership of the HR workstream across a significant transition programme, managing activity from business case development through to implementation and post-transfer stabilisation.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading workforce transition activity including TUPE transfers and organisational redesign
Managing formal consultation processes with employees and trade unions
Providing expert advice on TUPE and collective consultation requirements
Preparing and managing employee liability information (ELI) and due diligence data
