Description We are growing our internal operations and are seeking a HR Coordinator to support and enhance our people operations. This role is essential in ensuring Total IT maintains a high-performing, compliant, and people-focused workplace. The HR Coordinator will: Support HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management. Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal policies. Foster a positive and engaging workplace culture. Responsibilities HR Administration & Compliance Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Support audits and reporting requirements. Recruitment & Onboarding Coordinate recruitment processes including job postings, interviews, and offers. Manage onboarding and induction for new hires. Liaise with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment experience. Employee Relations & Support Be a point of contact for employee queries and support. Assist in resolving employee issues and escalating where necessary. Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Training & Development Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records. Support the implementation of development plans and performance reviews. HR Projects & Initiatives Contribute to HR initiatives such as wellbeing, engagement, and diversity. Manage the companys employee benefits programme, including the Vitality health and wellbeing scheme. Support continuous improvement of HR processes and systems. Visa & Sponsorship Management Manage employee visa applications and sponsorship processes. Ensure compliance with UKVI regulations and maintain accurate records. Liaise with legal advisors and government bodies as needed. Results / Measures Accurate and up-to-date HR records and documentation. Smooth and timely recruitment and onboarding processes. High employee satisfaction and engagement. Compliance with HR policies and legal requirements. Positive feedback from staff and management. Responsible for (Budget / People) HR administration across all departments. Coordination of recruitment and training budgets. Software and Technology Competencies Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) SharePoint for document management HRIS systems (e.g., HR Toolkit BrightHR) Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and e-learning platforms Skills, Knowledge, and Experience Experience in HR coordination or administration. Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practices. Strong organisational and communication skills. CIPD qualification (or working towards) is a plus.
