A leading HR consultancy is seeking a Senior HR Documentation Consultant to review, update, and draft contracts, policies, and handbooks for UK clients.
The role:
Audit and update HR documentation in line with ERA 2025
Draft and redraft contracts, policies, and handbooks
Work independently across multiple client assignments
Requirements:
Strong HR documentation and policy drafting experience
Up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law, including ERA 2025
Excellent attention to detail
Why apply:

Initial training 1 week in Ringwood, then ideally twice a quarter
Ongoing temp role with potential to become permanent
