Employee Relations focus - Organisational Transformation

• £80k-£85k + benefits package

Our client is a large global law firm. It is undertaking a major international change programme and requires specific expertise to join the transformation ASAP.

Essential Experience Required:

• Multi-jurisdictional Employee Relations exposure, including dealing with Continental European regions and related Works Councils
• Organisational change/transformation experience, including preparatory process ahead of execution/delivery
• Experience navigating complex global org structure
• Outstanding stakeholder management skills, especially in consulting/advising senior leadership
• Comfort operating under intense pace, scrutiny, and confidentiality
