We are recruiting an experienced HR & Facilities Manager to support the smooth operation and continued growth of a dynamic business. This role is pivotal in delivering effective people management, HR compliance, and a safe, well-managed working environment across office and warehouse operations. The Role Manage end-to-end HR processes: recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, policies, and compliance Act as the key interface with Health & Safety consultants Support payroll accuracy as the main liaison with the outsourced provider Maintain HR systems, reporting, and data insights (absence, retention, OT) Oversee facilities, suppliers, and health & safety across the business Drive employee engagement, retention, and succession planning Key Skills CIPD qualified with 510+ years HR experience and strong UK employment law knowledge Highly IT/system savvy with excellent communication skills Experience managing facilities or office operations Proactive, trusted advisor to managers and employees
