On behalf of the CPS, we are looking for a HR Manager - Pay and Reward - (Inside IR35) for a 4-month contract working on a hybrid basis and with an expectation of 2 days attendance in the London office
The CPS prosecutes criminal cases that have been investigated by the police and other investigative organisations in England and Wales. The CPS is independent, and they make their decisions independently of the police and government.
Their duty is to make sure that the right person is prosecuted for the right offence, and to bring offenders to justice wherever possible.

As a HR Manager - Pay and Reward - (Inside IR35) , your main responsibilities will be: * To research, develop and implement pay and reward strategy and policy, consult with and build key relationships with a range of internal and external stakeholders, provide advice, valuable input and make relevant recommendations to help achieve sustainable pay and reward outcomes for the organisation.
