Are you a confident and strategic HR professional looking for a standalone role where you can make a real impact? We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join a growing Care company in Birmingham.
You will drive people initiatives that support business growth overseeing all fundamentals to manage the HR department.
The successsful candidate will ideally hold a CIPD level 5 or 7 qualification coupled with experience working in a fast paced, standalone environment with the ability to multitask in a hands on role.
Our client is headquartered in the UK however also operate internationally, so the ideal candidate will need proven experience managing overseas recruitment, with a solid understanding of employment legislation, sponsorship processes, and visa requirements.
About the role
This is a fantastic opportunity for a HR Manager to lead the HR function in a dynamic environment. As HR leader, you will be responsible for shaping and delivering the people strategy, providing expert advice to senior leaders, ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strategic HR Leadership
* Develop and implement HR policies that align with business objectives
* Strong Employee Relations experience
* Oversee recruitment, onboarding and development initiatives (UK and Internationally)
* Drive engagement strategies and support leadership in managing performance
* Ensure compliance with employment law and best practice
