Your new company My client is looking for a HR Manager to join the HR team in an HR Generalist capacity with two direct reports. This role is full time, working on site 5 days a week, reporting to the HR Director. Within this position you will take the lead on supporting the new implementation of the new HR system from their current system, ensuring a seamless migration of all HR functions. You will also oversee the design and implementation of a comprehensive training programme for all employees to understand how the new HR system works and ensure they are supported. Other responsibilities include: Support managers on recruitment and workforce planning Manage all ER Casework Manage the day-to-day running of the HR team Oversee the HR system Mentor, develop and support the HR team Ensuring HR policies are kept up to date Provide HR advice, guidance and coaching to line managers Hands on involvement with the HR admin processes
What you'll need to succeed CIPD Level 5 minimum Experience in a similar role previously HR Generalist experience Strong knowledge of employment law Knowledge and experience of TUPE legislation
