Working for a leading facilities provider the HR Manager will play a key role in shaping the employee experience across this growing organisation.

The Role
Providing expert guidance and support on complex HR matters Managing and resolving employee relations issues and conflict resolution Leading the development, implementation, and reinforcement of robust HR policies Ensuring accuracy and integrity of employee records through vigilant monitoring Spearheading the development and execution of strategic employee engagement initiatives Conducting in-depth analysis and reporting on HR metrics to inform decision-making Playing a key role in senior-level HR strategy discussions and implementationsSkills and Experience
Minimum of 3 years HR experience, with a focus on management HR Experience at a company with over xehkeey 50 employees CIPD Level 5 or Level 7 (or working towards) Strong knowledge of employment laws & up to date knowledge on regulatory changes Hold a full driving licence and have access to own vehicle (preferred)Interested, please contact Graeme at Vibe Recruit on (phone number removed) of apply immediately
