Have you got experience leading HR in a multi-site organisation - ideally manufacturing or similar - as part of a wider HR community in a global company? You'll be based in Biggleswade, Bedfordshire - but there will be occasional travel to other company sites in Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Surrey. Working closely with the leadership teams, you will champion all things related to people and culture, providing regular reports and MI, and acting as trusted advisor on upcoming legislative changes and other external factors. Ensuring the HR teams at each site deliver on their goals around recruitment, onboarding, training, engagement, retention, reward and more!
