Are you a HR Officer, looking to gain a fully funded CIPD within a rapidly growing company at the forefront of robotic technology, offering a clear path to management in the future? You will be joining the HR team to enable this ambitious company for long term success.
The HR Officer will be responsible for onboarding and offboarding processes, assisting with recruitment and maintaining the employees' records, whilst working closely to management to ensure the employees training and development are ran smoothly.
Founded over 5 years ago, however, are a part of a larger group, this design and manufacturing company specialise in robotic machinery that clean large products such as storage tanks. With growth in the US, they have ambitions to have their products used across the globe.
This role would suit a HR Officer looking to join a rapidly growing company, offering a fully funded CIPD and progression.
The Role:
Advising based on HR policies and employment law
Working closely to management to ensure operations are ran smoothly
8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
