I am pleased to be supporting our client on the search for a HR Officer within the education sector.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional to join a supportive and fast-paced environment, providing generalist HR support across multiple academy sites. Working as part of a small HR team, you will support the full employee lifecycle while building strong relationships with managers and employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide generalist HR support across the employee lifecycle
- Support employee relations administration and HR processes
- Coach and advise managers on HR policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance standards are met
- Support safeguarding and safer recruitment practices
About You
- CIPD Level 3 (or working towards)
- Previous HR experience in a busy environment
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Experience supporting ER administration
- Safeguarding knowledge or experience preferred
Additional Information
- Full-time, Monday-Friday (8am-4pm, flexibility available)
- Hybrid working (1 day from home)
- Travel required between sites
- On-site parking available
