HR Officer Artemis Human Capital is delighted to be partnering with a multi-site, large-scale and leading manufacturing organisation based in County Antrim in the recruitment of a HR Officer (permanent) and a HR Officer (12 Month FTC) Reporting into the Assistant HR Manager, you will get exposure across the full employee lifecycle within a fast-paced manufacturing environment and a clear pathway to Senior HR Officer level in 6-9 months. What will you receive? Salary between £ dependent upon experience Up to 14% pension Health Cash Back Plan Employee Assistance Program 4:30pm finish Monday to Thursday Early finish on a Friday 28 days annual leave which increases with length of service What will you do? Reporting into the Assistant HR Manager, you will provide full-cycle end to end employee HR Support to 500+ employees alongside payroll and existing HR team. Duties include: Administer all HR functions, including payroll, benefits, and contractual changes. Maintain and use HR systems and databases for reporting and data analysis. Coordinate full recruitment cycle: job adverts, shortlisting, interviews, testing, and offers. Chair interview panels and administer selection processes. Take notes for senior management and HR-related meetings. Act as a point of contact for employee and visitor HR queries. Provide HR advice and coaching to departments. Handle low-level employee relations and absence investigations. Support implementation of wellbeing, health, and CSR initiatives. Undertake assigned HR projects and contribute to project coordination. Lead or support community activities (e.g., careers fairs, talks at schools/universities). Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, legal standards, and best practices. What do you need? Minimum of 2-3 years HR Generalist experience Experienced in leading on employee relations, managing absence/occupational health and utilising HR Systems Desirable to have obtained CIPD Qualification or HR Degree How to apply?
