Human Resources Operations Manager In a nutshell Our client is looking for a HR Operations Manager who can enable high-performance by turning multiple manual people workflows into automation, build reports and turn people data into real business intelligence to inform business, client and people growth. They use Notion as a core tool within our efficiency suite, so working to expand the people services via their HRIS and Notion are all part of this remit. Youll architect how workflows through the business looking after the whole of the employee lifecycle from recruitment to onboarding then offboarding and everything in-between. Youll effectively manage payroll and benefits provider data and drive our internal people development cycles and programmes.

What youll be doing You wont just be maintaining tools. Youll be building the infrastructure that enables scale across the people team. HR Ops really is the heart of a people team, brilliant basics around data management, systems, process and service provision are core requirements of an effective and scalable people operations function. This role touches every part of the business and has direct impact on how fast and effectively we grow.
