About the Role:
As an HR Ops Support Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for officers and staff, assisting with various aspects of the employment lifecycle. Your role will include:
Providing advice to managers and staff on flexible working applications, extended leave breaks, and variations to contracts. Administering processes related to resignations and other leavers. Maintaining accurate electronic and paper-based personnel records. Supporting the HR Change Team with significant local, regional, and national projects.
