An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Product Manager to lead the transformation of Position Management within a global Core HR Data function. This role will play a key part in shaping and delivering innovative HR technology solutions that enhance workforce planning, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making across the organisation. Working within a collaborative global team across the UK, US, and India , you will drive the product strategy and execution for position management, partnering closely with HR, Finance, Technology, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions.
