Support Target Operating Model (TOM) design and implementation.

Manage organisational restructures, capability reviews, and HR change projects.

Provide recommendations to senior stakeholders and drive measurable outcomes.

Ensure projects are delivered to time, cost, and quality expectations in a fast-paced environment.
