About the Opportunity
As HR Recruitment Sub‑Team Leader, you’ll work closely with the CEO and HR team to actively shape our talent pipeline. You’ll lead sourcing efforts, screen and schedule candidates, and oversee the recruitment process to ensure we attract and onboard high-quality volunteers across departments.
- Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to build recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies (job boards, networks, internal referrals).
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Manage candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Write and publish volunteer ads and descriptions.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and report regularly on progress and challenges.

- Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to build recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies (job boards, networks, internal referrals).
- Screen applications, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
- Manage candidate records in our applicant tracking system.
- Write and publish volunteer ads and descriptions.
- Ensure a respectful, informative candidate experience.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and report regularly on progress and challenges.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal).
- Experience in recruiting, staffing, or HR, preferably in a leadership or project coordination role.
- Strong communication, organization, and relationship‑building skills.
- Able to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Ability to work remotely and independently.
- 3 hrs. per day Monday to Friday
- 60 Volunteer Days over 3+ months
- Part-time
- Fully remote

- Confidence setting and achieving targets, coaching volunteers.
