Job: HR Specialist Company: BAE Systems Hourly Rate: Competitive - to be confirmed Location : Scotstoun - hybrid Contract : 6/12 months (Opportunity to be extended) Working Hours : 37 hours per week

Key Responsibilities : Provide guidance to managers on HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation. Support employee relations cases including grievances, disciplinaries, and absence management. Advise on recruitment, onboarding, and workforce planning needs. Assist with performance management processes and improvement plans. Monitor sickness, holiday, and other employee absences.
