About The RoleWere delighted to be looking for an HR Support Administrator to join our team. This is a varied and fast-moving role where no two days are the same, and where your ability to balance professionalism with a personable approach will really make a difference.Youll provide essential support to our HR Support Advisors, with a particular focus on our Ubico contract - our waste and recycling service operating across depots in West Oxfordshire and Gloucestershire. The role offers real variety and will require you to be adaptable and confident working with teams in different environments, as depot operations can vary from day to day.What youll be doing Managing shared HR mailboxes and ensuring timely, customer-focused responsesSupporting the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, and leaversCoordinating pre-employment checks and preparing contracts for new startersMaintaining accurate HR recordsSupporting HR projects, audits, and continuous improvement activityProviding HR administrative support, responding to queries via email and over the phoneThis role is 30 hours per week, spread across Monday to Friday (6 hours per day).
