Talent Acquisition Partner
We’re a design-led, innovation-driven business delivering exceptional office environments where companies thrive and people do their best work. Every project is a collaboration, and every member of our team plays a vital role in creating spaces that are as inspiring as they are functional.
We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to help us grow. This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll take full ownership of recruitment across the business—from junior hires to senior appointments.
Own the full end-to-end recruitment process: job briefs, sourcing, screening, interviews, offer management, and onboarding support.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of high-quality, diverse candidates across all functions.
Partner with hiring managers and our Head of HR to deeply understand team needs and hiring plans.
Write compelling job descriptions and help shape recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
Use tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and creative sourcing techniques to engage talent.
Track hiring metrics and report regularly on progress and performance.
Keep our ATS updated and ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
Act as a brand ambassador for Workplace Futures Group—showcasing our culture and values to the external market.
Bring fresh ideas to continuously improve how we attract and engage with candidates.
Proven experience as an in-house or agency recruiter—ideally within design, construction, or office fit-out sectors.
A strong, stable CV that demonstrates long-term impact and commitment.
Passionate about recruitment, candidate care, and building long-term relationships.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, quality-driven, people-first culture.
A competitive salary package
Up to 29 days’ annual leave
A full calendar of company social events
Ongoing personal development and training
Ready to own our talent journey and help shape the team of tomorrow?
