I am currently supporting a tech organisation find a TA Partner to join their organisation, this role is 5 days onsite. This is a hands-on standalone Talent Acquisition Partner role, responsible for driving end-to-end recruitment. You'll work closely with the CEO and senior stakeholders to understand hiring needs, shape recruitment strategies, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of roles across business functions
Partnering with hiring managers to forecast needs and build robust hiring plans
Advising on recruitment best practice, sourcing strategies, and market insights
Building strong candidate pipelines through direct sourcing and talent pooling
Supporting employer branding initiatives and process improvements
You'll have 5+ years solid experience in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced, commercially driven environment. Strong stakeholder management, excellent sourcing skills, and a proactive, solution-focused mindset are essential.
