Role: HRIS Team Lead

Type: Permanent

Location: Hybrid - frequent travel to Netherlands required. Relocation also considered

Salary: £100,000 - £115,000 + comprehensive benefits package

Our client is a fast-growing, international organisation currently undergoing significant expansion.

As part of this growth, they are seeking an experienced HRIS Team Lead to take ownership of their global HR technology landscape.

This is a key leadership role combining deep Workday technical expertise with strong people leadership and strategic ownership of the wider HRIS systems ecosystem.

What this role involves:

• Own the global HR tech landscape, with a strong focus on Workday (HCM, Compensation, Time Tracking, Absence, Talent & Performance) and key HR systems (including Greenhouse)
• Partner with technical and delivery teams to manage roadmap, backlog, and project execution
• Ensure HR systems are stable, scalable, well-governed, and continuously optimised
• Act as escalation point for complex HRIS and system issues
• Lead a team of HRIS specialists
• Drive automation, AI, and continuous process improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and regional stakeholders globally
• Support HR systems strategy aligned to broader business transformation and growth

What they're looking for:

• 8+ years’ HRIS / HR Technology experience
• Strong hands-on Workday expertise with a solid technical background
• Proven experience leading global or multi-region technical teams
• Strong knowledge of HR systems architecture, integrations, and ATS platforms (Greenhouse highly desirable)
• Strong understanding of HR data, reporting, and governance
• Experience in agile / sprint-based delivery environments
• Ability to balance technical depth with strategic leadership and stakeholder management
• Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders
• Exposure to HR automation, AI, or emerging HR tech highly desirable
