Role: Health, Safety and Environmental (HSE) Advisor Location: London Business: Property Management We are seeking a dedicated and detail‑oriented HSE advisor to join our team. Reporting directly to the Global Head of HSE & Risk, Property Management, the successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the delivery of the HSE Programme in accordance with Global standards. This role will provide an enthusiastic individual, who is passionate about HSE, the opportunity for personal growth and on the job development. What you will be doing:
Supporting the implementation of global HSE initiatives and projects ensuring alignment with the company's strategic objectives. Administering policies, procedures, and documentation for the Global Property Management HSE Management System. Creating HSE content including, Health, and Safety Moments, HSE Alerts, newsletters, and email communications etc. Collaborating with Learning and Development to create HSE training materials for our Global Property Management team. Managing the Global Property Management HSE Intranet page including preparation and maintenance of content. Preparing Global HSE reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Supporting implementation of company HSE accident and incident reporting procedures, including administration of accident and incident investigations where required. Assisting with the deployment of HSE technology platforms including superuser support activities and training delivery. Coordinating and administrating HSE meetings, including minute taking for Global HSE team calls. Act as a central point of contact for the HSE team, monitor the HSE inbox, redirecting incoming technical queries as necessary. Providing general operational support for the HSE leadership team. Performing other duties as assigned to support the overall goals of the HSE department.
What you will need:
NEBOSH General Certificate or equivalent. Ability to demonstrate CBRE’s RISE values (Respect, Integrity, Service and Excellence). Experience in a similar role is preferable (not essential). Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation delivery. Confident and self‑motivated with the ability to work as part of a team and individually. High degree of computer literacy including Word, Excel, MS Outlook, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI and Tableau preferable (not essential). Customer and service‑oriented approach, both internally and externally.
