PSR Solutions are working with a market leading client within the Civil Engineering Sector to recruit an HSE Advisor to Join their Health & Safety team on a permanent basis. This role with be based in Walsall.
HSE Advisor Roles and Responsibilities
Support the provision of health & well-being within the business, under the direction of the business unit Director and Head of HSEQ. Lead on incident investigations to identify learning and prevent recurrence Complete regular HSE inspections Provide accurate and timely HSE advice to Assist with the management of subcontractors via RAMS reviews and inductions Support successful onboarding by delivering HSE inductions Produce monthly HSE statistics for senior management Provide technical advice and support in the development of risk assessments and safe systems of work Chair monthly HSEQ consultation meeting and lead on the close-out of actions internal and external audits, maintaining accreditation to ISO14001, ISO45001 and ISO9001 Support with the delivery of HSE-related information, instruction and training Ensure compliance with relevant health, safety and environmental legislation Ensure business-wide HSE communications are cascaded appropriately Promote the value of occupational health at a local level Keep local and corporate management informed on the status Monitoring, verifying & reporting HSEQ statistics for regions every month as directed.
