HSE Advisor Opportunity!
We are working with a well-established manufacturing business to recruit an experienced HSE Advisor to support and strengthen Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality (HSEQ) performance across its operations.
The Role
You’ll play a key role in promoting a safe and compliant working environment, partnering with operational teams to identify risks, drive improvements, and ensure adherence to legislation and internal management systems. This is a hands-on role with a strong focus on engagement, continuous improvement, and incident prevention.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct site inspections, identifying hazards and driving risk reduction
* Lead incident investigations and implement preventative actions
* Provide clear, timely HSE advice to employees and contractors
* Support subcontractor management (RAMS reviews, inductions)
* Deliver HSE inductions and contribute to training initiatives
* Produce monthly HSEQ reports and performance statistics
* Monitor trends and support continuous improvement plans
* Chair HSEQ meetings and track actions to completion
* Support internal/external audits and maintain ISO standards
* Promote occupational health and wellbeing initiatives
* Ensure compliance with all relevant HSE legislation and standards
